AFTERWARDS/AFTERWORDS

Well, there they are.
Hope you liked them.
If you did, look for the author's second half-century collection due March 2047.
He's doing his best to meet the deadline, knowing you're waiting in anticipation.

A short note about poetry.
In a 1st year university English course, the author once argued poetic content was more important than form.
Mrs. Dr. Douglas Eaton, God bless her, challenged him to prove it.
So, for more than 30 years he has practiced form and, as yet, feels he has yet to become its master.

This collection can be read for form or content; it's the thought that counts!

Every moment is a gift from God, that's why they call it the present.
